Just got my new Red Octane Pearlcoat Dodge Durango RT from Fremont Dodge!!! I was really surprised with their customer service. I had just left Dublin Chevrolet and that was a horrible experience. My boy Ace Aslan hooked it up. He was very patient with our whole family, seven of us. He showed us several cars including the one we bought. After some back and fourth negotiating, Ace and his crew gave us a very good price on the car we wanted. We then moved on the the Niner Fan Julio Perez in financing who explained and went thru all the paperwork expeditiously. The car was detailed gassed up and loaded with the things we asked for. Dealing with salesman Frank Aguayo and Finance Manager Julio Perez was a pleasure they were courteous and professional . When some small problems arose they stepped up and took care of tgm, complete pros.
Liz, Mike and John are amazing! I purchased a 2018 Charger and they made the process easy. They truly take their time to answer all of your questions, are willing to work within your budget, and put no pressure. My wife and I had the best experience here, David was the man who made it all happen and took all the time we needed to test drive, go over numbers and find the exact car I wanted when we weren’t buying the car that night. When we came back to finalize the deal we had the pleasure to also work with Lei who was patient enough to let me decide over a few colors for an hour or 2. Would highly recommend buying from here!
Just back from another service at Fremont Jeep and anther great experience...well, it's sort of drag having to wait for your car to be serviced, but there is coffee, tea, etc. and a TV to watch so the time goes pretty quickly. My Jeep was serviced promptly and a bit ahead of schedule...Ashley, Sonny were friendly as usual & the service manager Larry took time out of his day to chat with me about cars. As I walked out leave, Sonny said goodbye to me by name, can't beat that!

Avoid this dealership at all costs!!I used to swear by this dealership and have had many of my members purchase vehicles over the last 2 and a half years from here. I will no longer be bringing my vehicle or any of my members to this location. Nothing but issues with the service department. No customer service skills. I had to call multiple times and speak with a manager to even set up a date in January instead being told to go somewhere else. Dropped off my car on 1/24/2018 when I expressed please let me know ASAP and I will pay for it. Called in today, spoke with Larry who couldn’t offer any diagnoses for my car or estimate of costs. Instead he blamed aftermarket parts for noises. One that is in the transmission but Larry blamed the shifter? They have lost a loyal customer and lots of business. I will no longer give your location or DGDG motors any business. This is probably why all your locations have been closing down. This will be sent to yelp and any other place I can express my displeasure.
Great customer service did not push the upsell for other options and protection they did offer it but they did not press the issue. Which is one of my pet peeves. So overall I'm happy doing business with this dealership.
